PCD wire drawing die blanks
Sike diamond drawing die blankTMis a diamond powder in a variety of metal (containing cobalt) catalyst, the use of ultra-high temperature and ultra-high pressure sintering process. During the sintering process, high-strength diamond bonds are formed between the diamond microcrystals, which strongly bind the diamond particles together to form polycrystalline diamond (PCD). The diamond wire drawing die blank manufactured by this method not only has high wear resistance, hardness and thermal conductivity, but also has good mechanical strength and toughness. It is suitable for drawing non-ferrous metals such as copper, aluminum, nickel, stainless steel and various alloy wires. Depending on the needs of the wire drawing application, each series has0.5μm, 1μm,3 μm, 5 μm, 10 μm, 25 μm and 50 μmand other particle size of the drawing die blank for the majority of users to choose. SL SeriesTMis a drawing die blank without outer ring support, divided into six square(SLH)and circular(SLR)two kinds. These specifications of the drawing die blank is suitable for various types of wire drawing applications, because of the low price, especially suitable for the larger consumption of wire drawing die.TSL SeriesTMis a wire drawing die blank supported by cemented carbide ring, which is characterized by polycrystalline diamond core and cemented carbide support ring closely sintered as a whole, by the support ring to improve the crack strength of the mold blank, so this kind of products can withstand high strength and high speed drawing.
